That's cool that you make mermaid shirts, but are you sure you can use that logo? I'm pretty sure selling anything with Ariel's silhouette is a copyright violation.

I thought the same thing as Malinghi. Also, in one of your t-shirts says "Peroids" - I guess you mean "Periods"? Or is it an intentional typo for minors to not understand?

Merjames, there are typos in virtually EVERY SINGLE SHIRT.

Gotta know the language if you plan on selling items IN that language.

Honestly I think its still too close. Make her hair different. Disney is a beast you don't want to fuck with.

Yeah, seriously, if you ran it through photoshop I'm happy for you, but what matters is whether someone could confuse your image with something that's Disney's intellectual property. And it's so close than not only is it possible to confuse them, but even after you said you edited it I still can't tell how. What did you change?

Why even start with their image? It's pretty easy to make a silhouette of a mermaid. If I can brag for a sec, I'm pretty proud of this shirt I made a while ago for MerNetwork's cafepress store:

Disney won't bother when they see that there won't be ANY sales because of all the errors in spelling and grammar in all their products and "sales" copy. :/

Also, you might want to change your branding because all I see on your facebook page is a BUNCH of Ariel, your cover photo is ariel! (and I'm not even going to touch the subject of the image most likely not being yours and there being no credit to the artist for using it on a business page) It's fairly easy to make your own cover from scratch, and also a lot of the sayings on your shirts can be found on nearly every other mermaid shirt , bag, necklace, etc in existence.
