Making body mold

I am trying to make a body mold of my legs so I can take in my tail before mer-mania. I dried doing one of duct tape on tights but it stuck together (probably should not have done the legs together). Any suggestions on how to make a good mold that I can do alone?

I did a tape dummy alone. Wrap yourself in Saran Wrap and then wrap with mailing tape. The Saran Wrap won't allow the tape to stick on itself, and the mailing tape holds its shape really well.

Problem is I can't reach my lower legs or toes, though I could work bottom up.

I started at my ankles and worked my way up. It worked well for me.

My experience at my college pool says you don't need dark, as long as there is no UV from the sun to kill it...well those were mushrooms growing on the wall, not mold.

for someone that is alone, the tape dummy is a better option. I tried this but it didn't work out for me. just don't do what i did and drop the effing scissors. its easier to cut down the middle not the side I found.
