Since it's the holiday season, I thought I'd check in. How's everyone doing?
My husband and I are doing something new this Christmas. We may be making it a new tradition. While everyone is going to be feasting on all the holiday stuff, we're giving ourselves the gift of healthy bodies and a head start on the new year. We'll be doing the Master Cleanse over the holiday, since we have time off from work to not be around other people and take it easy. I'm really looking forward to it. We've talked about doing this once a year.
I'm also back into climbing 3 times a week, and cardio 2 times, not including daily pilates workouts. On the weekends, we usually do a hike. We just climbed up a mountain yesterday just because.

Some people are naturally more flexible than others to begin with, but the truth is, flexible people are flexible because they stretch and do flexi things. Non-flexible people are not because they don't. Being flexible is not a requirement to start yoga, it's something you gain from it.
