Either the picture dimensions are too big (1500x1500 is the maximum) or the file size is too big. In the window where you upload it it'll tell you what the maximum file size is for the type you're trying to upload. You can change all that in something like Microsoft paint or Photoshop.

It looks great! That tail was actually a close runner up for my first tail. I ended up going with Grow a Tail.

I've been so inspired by all of these tails and the "show us your tops" thread!!! I'm making my first tail for a big school project and I'm super excited to use what I've learned and the ideas that I love!!!! Can't wait to post pictures!!
