i did bring up how unfair it was to the hubby. to be clear i'm not mad at him, im mad that management chose him over me :\ whatever. i quit already weeks ago because he didnt take my report of another worker seriously until i mentioned that a male co worker had problems with them. they were literally so quick to invalidate me. then i requested to work in a different department and they said "we dont have any positions left so you'll have to work with her". when i quit the monday after the husband sent in my notice and then management begged me to come back saying that he's willing to fire the other person or give me a different position. wtf. why did i have to be denied positions but then get offers once my husband steps in to say i quit? why was i invalidated for bringing up problems but when a male co worker confirms there were problems he takes it seriously?
fuck that shit. i dont want his sexist money.

additional commentary: anyway so yeah i quit so i'm currently looking for jobs and started a business in the mean time so at least i get some form of income going. also thinking about going back to disney. the ex-boss knows the friday before i quit was a shit storm and that he understands why i'm not returning to work... but then says he doesnt hold any grudges because of what happened (which is bullocks because now it looks like he's blaming me for the shit storm)

It was a year or so ago. I made it through the initial audition and call backs, but was never given an interview. Just a letter a few weeks later talking me that I didn't make it. I tried writing and calling them afterwards with no response. I just wanted to know if it would have been worth my time to try again, or they turned me down for something that can't be changed.

I boiled it down to a few reasons:
1. They figured out that I was already a professional mermaid, and want to train someone with less experience.
2. I am not a hot blonde or conventionally skinny or big-busty.
3. The audition was a formality for an individual they already wanted to hire before the auditions started.

if you want something to be angry about, there are several youtubers out there who make videos like
"women destroy nations and cultures", where they put some semi-coherent and pseudo-scientific "fact"-bs together to prove that all women have treason and idiocy in their genetic code, so they destroy everything men build (only men build civilisations, take note).
And the only way to stop it is to degrade women to rightless cattle again.

So because of my husband losing his job, then getting a new permanent job today closer to where I have my house that I own, He said he wants to move there, so I don't have to move, I can be with my dad, and family, and everything....

I just called my dad to tell him the good news, and my dad essentially sold the house that I own. My name is on the title. He cant do that, but he apparently fucking did.

I just dont even know what to do right now......

I told my dad what was going on, and either he fixes the issue, or I will push the charges against him as much as I hate to.

He agreed not to even start saying it was for sale until he had my consent and that we had found a place suitable.
I'm gone for a week and 2 days and apparently he's sold it. To my step cousin, who has a steady place to live, no kids on the way, no husband.

He said "she already took a loan out to buy it. That would be wrong to tell her to forget about it!"

Oh I'm sorry, does your grandchild, daughter, and son in law who would literally ask "how high?" if you were to say jump, not fucking matter to you?

I just have a lifespan of crappy luck, and I always try to make the best out of it all, but this is one time I cant. I just cant.

It makes me upset because I have trouble making friends and only have a few and I didn't have a 16th birthday, or a 15th, or a 14th. I'm begging to think they just don't like me. I invited 5 of them. I'm really sad now because I was looking forward to it so much. We were gonna play a movie on a sheet in my backyard, it would have been so cool.
