    Thanks Sabrina & Kate! They do indeed have very distinct personalities - one of the reasons I love them so much! They're a bit like mini dogs!

    Kate - your cats are beautiful. I love the term foster-fail! I think that was definitely a win!

    Water Phoenix - how can something that beautiful and colourful be considered vermin?!? He looks like a real character!

    I heard that rainbow lorikeets were introduced to Western Australia from New South Wales It is ridiculous that the government thinks that a bird indigenous to Australia can be considered a pest! I have heard that rainbow lorikeets do compete with the purple crowned lorikeets ( which are native here) for food and nesting Paulie is a character and loves to be interacted with!

    I can't have a pet right now, but I'm trying to tame the wildlife. The birds are still really nervous around me, but I have a squirrel trying to feed babies who is braver than the other squirrels. I call her Mama cuz I haven't actually named her.
