    It's a silly reason to be happy, but I wore a muscle tank and no bra today and was complimented on my "glorious side boob." It was quite the empowering experience. I'm just tryna save the world. One discarded bra at a time.

    I got my FIRST TAIL yesterday after being in love with mermaids for 10 years and a member here since 2012. It's my favorite color and is custom tailored. I have struggled with depression for a very long time, but every time I get sad I just put the tail on, and nothing bothers me anymore

    Also, I launched a Facebook page, website, and email address today for my mersona, and then found out that there are TWO mers living really close to me, so there's the magic of three! I am beyond happy at long, long last.

    Update: My sister and I did a tiny photoshoot today, and I posted some of it on a makeup board. There were comments like:
    "Wow, serious girl crush!""
    "You wear that tail so well. So shapely".
    and
    "You make the perfect mermaid."

    It makes me feel so much better about being a bigger mer <3 I also got my bikini in the mail today - a $6 score that fits well, and matches my tail!

    I just got a message from him about an hour ago asking if I could make him a few more!
