    Can't believe that I never showed my tail here!

    This is my very first selfmade fabric tail. The fabric had the most beautiful shimmers on it. Sadly, most of those shimmers are faded now due to the chlorine. But I still love my tail sooo much! Am working on a second tail now

    Because of the Neoprene base, there is some drag but I found that to be a plus because it forces me to swim slower (and thus calmer, I tend to swim too fast and waste energy). The fluke doesn't give any drag at all. It's an partially open fluke so I can take my monofin out easily if I want to.

    Glad to hear it! Open fluke probably helps as well. My full neoprene tail had crazy drag. Which is why I wondered.
