I wanted to go to Bondi beach and to the icebergs pool to swim and take the GoPro with me.. My girlfriend suggested a different beach and to do a photoshoot.. I am so glad she did! We were so lucky to capture perfect weather and tide.

So many amazing photos, all non edited and taken on an iPhone! Raw pictures

Those are seriously iPhone pictures? I'm not doubting you but those are seriously professional looking. Everything in the pictures is amazing.

Yes! Really just iPhone 6+ and taken by my partner who is not a professional photographer.. It was just such an amazing spot/ lovely day that every photo we took turned out amazing.

.. We were only there maybe 20 minutes max.. I didn't have time to get the GoPro out, we were going to be swept away by the waves if we stayed any longer the exit would have been cut off by the incoming tide.

Honestly I'm amazed.. And there are just so many photos to choose from

I have that phone

. That kinda scary about the tide but most definitely looks like more than 20 minutes. That 2nd to last picture needs to be a post card. Your expression and that wave is absolutely perfect.

Oh man, those ones with the giant waves crashing are phenomenal! I agree, second to last one and a good few more on that second set are the ones.

I really don't think we were there for long

We dropped our friend at the Sydney airport at 7:40 drove 30 minutes to the beach .. 8:10
15 minutes for me to sit in the car and change my nail polish from red to blue to suit the tail, and to get down there and wiggle into the tail .. 8:30

The next time I looked at the clock was as we finished breakfast and paid at 9:45 at a Resturant in Coogee beach (the next beach over) I really don't think we were there for more than 20 minutes to half an hour max.
The tide was coming in quick!

I just double checked the time stamp from the picture I took with my phone at the top of the cliffs as we were leaving 8:48am

We seriously did this in 15 to 30 minutes with an iPhone camera..

This blows my mind!
(Sorry I'm just so happy and amazed with these pictures and how lucky we were)
I was sitting on a ledge that was about as tall as me.. So 1.5 meters up from the tide level..
That wall of spray coming toward us must have been reaching about 3 to 4 meters in height.. By the time we left the spray was strong enough reaching occasionally to the top of the cliff by our car .. 5 to 6 meters.. (Spray only, not the waves themselves)

Just.. Mind blown

My boyfriend helped me get some new photos done this past weekend at one of our local beaches to show off my new top. It was chilly and grey but it really made the colors pop more. Here are a few of my favorites.
