Yes! But without powermesh. The prototype I made with powermesh was too bulky and not formfitting. These are much better - and yes, Kalani, I am working on the blended edge version!

I've been remiss in keeping up this thread, I've been so busy trying to finish tails, and some personal issues - my landlord wants to sell the house I rent, I've been here more than 13 years, and he's been a total pain in the ass!

I'm hoping to get some accessories - scale bracers, Lilypad tops, resin shells for tops, headpieces, hybrid tails, silicone flukes with built in monofins for make your own tails...all kinds of stuff - up in my Etsy shop (link in my signature), and I am SO close to finishing FOUR TAILS!

It is your thread, you can do whatever you want with it! But I'd be lying if I said I don't like the updates. Good luck on the tails! And I'm sorry that you're having to move after staying in your current place for so long, and that your landlord is being a butt. It inspires me that even in the midst of all that you still keep rocking.

Sorry I've been away so long but I've been busier than a one-finned fish trying to swim in a straight line!

After a long, ugly story, the blue tail isn't going to the mer that ordered it, so I'll be putting it up for auction as soon as I get back from Hawaii.

I'm putting the finishing touches on a tail made of scraps and experiments and I WILL SWIM IN IT BEFORE I LEAVE MAUI! It's all over my Instagram - @mermaidpearliemae - it's coming out pretty but there are some major flaws...if it works for a week, I'll be happy!

Clients waiting for tails: as soon as i get back from this much needed vacation (my last 'vacation' was two years ago when my mom died), I am full speed ahead on finishing your tails. Thank you all so much for your patience!
