I contacted Merrowfins through Instagram and got in touch with Matt's assistant. she didn't seem to understand just what I was unhappy with or what was wrong with the fins.
I told her they look sloppy and shoddily done and she tried to get me to explain in detail just what was wrong with them, even going as far as to ask if there was a specific way I had wanted them attached.
um yes. I'd like them attached the way they are supposed to be attached not this sloppy gluey mess that I was sent.
I was told she would be seeing Matt on Friday and would speak to him then and see what course of action he wants to take and that eh would probably just offer to replace or redo the tail but my husband wants a full refund.

now I have to find another tail maker within my budget
