Thoughts on Merrowfins? "New" Tailmaker

if I remember correctly, all the way back in August when I first contacted him we discussed doing a basic but if I'm not mistaken he offered to upgrade me to a partial since I was a returning customer.

I "added" glitter and he never added it, he said he would make it blacklight reactive, that never happened. I honestly think he just gets in over his head. Here's a couple pics of my old basic tail which makes me believe he didn't actually upgrade your tail.. again, I'm so sorry you had to deal with this
