So it's about that time to get a new tail, and I have to choose tail colors! My fish butt I originally designed and the repaint I gave Coradion pretty much free reign, and my merbellas came prepainted as she had just made it and selling it, but now I get to design one again and I'm super excited and nervous!
I love the galaxy colors of my merbella, but I think it'd be cool to do something different as well, opal and red? Opal with gold symbols and tiger marks? I don't want to be full green (although it's gorgeous and I love green tails, but because of the ariel thing), or yellow (it just doesn't make me look good), or orange (same reason as yellow). But if anyone has any ideas that they'd like to share or think I should do I'm down. :-) I've got about a month before I put my order in (and I'm still going back and forth with who I'm gonna order from, and yes I know all the waits, dates, details and more, so please don't fan-vocate for your favorite tailmaker, I love them all.)
I found this painting online and fell in love with the tail, so maybe something like this would be gorgeous because I always come back to it, but I don't know, I'll start sketching out in a day or so.
