    I think I'll have to get a special permit here in Mi but I know they are legal as there is a breeder about 2 hours from me. I'm hoping to get one with in my first year of having my own apartment.

    Ill be getting my Mer-Puppy soon enough- well in december anyway. I picked him out myself, he is a gift from my sister (whos shih tzu had her first litter of 5 pups which we intend to keep in the family) as an anniversary present.
