    Fin Fun Mermaid Appreciation Day

Merfolk, do you have a tail made by Fin Fun Mermaid and love it? Then this is the place to be! You can discuss your tail all you want as long as it pertains to the forum rules, and even post pics! I'd love to see other Fin Fun mers and the color/type of tail they have. I have the Aussie Green one and I can't wait to swim in it! When I get the money I also want to order the Rio Red or Celtic green one . Does anyone who's used theirs before know how to land properly in a shallower pool without bending the monofin? This tail was expensive and I dont want to ruin the monofin even though they are replaceable. I don't have a lot of money. Thanks and SEA you later, Fin Fun mers!

I've got purple! I'm modifying it to fit my rapid with champaign colored spandex, so it needs work.

I have the Malibu pink but I wanted the rio red. The company website didn't have any and neither did eBay or Amazon or anyone else selling them. :/ but I really love the monofin. If only it was stronger

I have the Aussie Green and the matching tankini set. I've worn it once to the pool, but have since changed the fluke because I didn't like how the fluke tips were, and the colors on the fluke. I like my flukes to have more detail when it comes to printed tails. I chopped it off and replaced it with solid blue spandex to fit my Mirage Mermaid Fin.

I think the fluke has plenty of detail but I don't really like the water effect on it. Replacing it would be hard especially if you're trying to fit a new monofin. Im not gonna ask how because I have no intentions to do that, but If I did and had the proper tools to do so Id use solid green spandex lighter than the rest of the tail.

What brand is this? It looks like Magictail? Either way it's awesome.

I'm pretty sure it is Delfina mermaid tail. They have pretty awesome 3D-kind of prints.

Yes it is a delfina. It is very good quality. The only thing that I don't like is, that there is no pocket or similar in the monofin (is it the same with the other finfun ones?) because the feet go trough two holes and hit together on the plastic-like material (plexiglas?) inside. While swimming, your feet hit the outer neoprene from within, which makes the feet and their movement slightly visible.

I can't attest to that because I haven't swam in it yet. But I've seen videos of people swimming in Fin Fun tails and haven't seen any visible feet, just the heel of the Monofin at certain angles but that's all fabric tails. And yes that looks like a Delfina Fairy Fires tail to me

The shop I normally order from, don't have a wide range of solid colors, so I just used whatever was the closest match to my green tail.

Now I'm interested to know what this tail looks like. You have a pic?
