Taylor you are so ADORABLE. I love LOVE your tail and hair!!! It's absolutely GORGEOUS.
I also had a photoshoot today! I battled with rough waves and the tide coming in, so now I'm all sore everywhere.

More pictures in my page!

Isabela, those are great! I had the same issue last week when doing mine. Water was cold and it was hard to keep my balance, but so worth it in the end. pretty costume too

These all look great! So how do you guys actually find an underwater photographer? I live in MI and I can't find any... also do you cut deals with them or anything? My only experience with one was doing my senior pictures and to get digital copies of the photos you had to pay a large fee :P

Go to ModelMayhem.com and see if the site will let you browse. Many photogs have websites listed on their portfolios. PLENTY do trade shoots (ie, no cash involved). Especially for a pretty girl with a high end mermaid tail.

yep, look for photographers who will work 'TF' aka Time for - (the photos)
I wouldn't be scared to approach bigger photographers too because some of them will have professional underwater housings (which cost as much as one of raven's basic tails - just for the housing to fit their high end camera). I know that I would jump at the chance if I were nearby and I'd have access to film dive cameras from my college, but sadly I'm in the UK :P

Awe, thank you Melaina.
Hannah did some fintabulous photoshop on the colors. In reality my tail is rather dull, outside of the water.

It's not just the colours, it's the way you've positioned it too, as well as the fin and the base colours. It's lovely

It's not a professional photo, but I am really in love with the effect that we got on it! This was taken in my friend's pool the other day.

What lovely mermaids! Thank you all for the kind comments. And Raina, we really MUST meet in person. My boyfriend's sister and parents go to Halifax every year for an opera workshop (his sister is an opera singer), and I am just dying of jealousy. I want to go too and meet up with you! <3

Wow, more great shots.
Some new photos to share from Project Delphine are up in my gallery. They are hilariously huge to post here.. I had tried with a few others, but it takes quite some time to shrink them! So here's the link to the larger, lovely files in all their mermaidenry. Enjoy. <3

Edit: As I type this I'm literally adding a photos now. I may be adding more another time, too.
