Wow... That is crazy. I had to check the facebook page and sure enough, it's deleted. I hope all of you have screenshots of everything, and I hope that it gets sorted out. That sucks.

It's not bad mouthing honestly, people are just wanting to know where their tails are.

Just in case it gets deleted or somethingIf you're referencing mernetwork, people aren't bad mouthing, they're actually being encouraged to be as honest as possible by posting and documenting their proof.
And honestly, there's a lot of people with proof that they've been waiting anywhere up to a year many promised refunds etc.
I think you should consider seeing if you can apply for a line of credit to refund people. Then you can use your money from current orders to pay THAT down, instead of trying to get caught up by taking on more orders for the older orders. You also haven't posted anything since July 20th before this. So if you don't reply to messages or post updates or reply to emails then people are going to talk it out the best they can I think.
I'm really sorry you've gotten yourself into this hole, it sucks, but I guess no one is getting any feedback so how is anyone able to know you're taking care of it?
