Meanwhile I just found out today that I got kicked out of the NC-Merfest group. Just like that. With no reason :doh:

Oh wait... On second thoughts, must be because I didn't acknowledge some people who claimed to be mer royalty and because I didn't take their side on some drama. Well, they can still suck it. I don't care the slightest and I'm not gonna bother coming back. *snap*

After what happened in my country, I find all that shit pretty irrelevant and not worth my time and energy. I'm gonna focus on work, gym and the preparations of my upcoming trip to MerMania.

Understandable, Arion. Some people are just not worth dealing with.

On a completely unrelated note, I have a school field trip today, so there was no threat to MY saftey, but my school went on soft lockdown today (no one could leave or come in, but people could move around the school and go to classes like usual)

They gave us no info until it was over so, I'm sitting in a sewage treatment plant with my environmental class worried out of my mind.

Turned out to be nothing. Social media just blew out of proportion.

Ahh, then you missed the big "stop bullying" post from this morning where it is stated that anyone reported to be harassing other mers will be prosecuted because the reached out to the state and federal authorities.

Oh yeah lol, the post where Christomer went on an angry rant about how anyone caught "bullying" (read: calling his girlfriend out for her bullshit / criticizing her shitty behavior / not taking her side in her stupid drama) will be SENT TO JAIL.

ANYWAY.

The entire weekend (my niece's baptism and my housewarming) the inlaws kept asking about when im having kids. when. not even asking if i want any or what my plas are. like they demand i pop a bun in my oven when i literally just bought a house.

i could go on another rant about finances, being psychologically and mentally not ready but i feel like an overplayed record player.

I hate it when people pull that stuff. I literally turned eighteen today, and because I'm so young EVERYONE I know refuses to believe me when I say I'm not having my own. I plan on adopting toddlers and fostering teens WHEN I'M OLDER. Like really. So many of my family suffers from "I had kids too young, had to grow up too fast, and never got a chance to learn about myself in consequence"

And now they want me to repeat the behavior. *headwall. Repeatedly*

I am sorry to hear though SeaGlass about your inlaws pushing for grand kids...ugh....families who interefere and try to control your life is never a fun situation
You could always reply though with:" As soon as you pay for their education, food, diapers, baby sitters, day care etc etc etc and give me 1 million on the side, as soon as that happens i am willing to give you even 2 grand kids, see how reasonable i am?"

yeah it's been a total strain on me. sorry about your family. ugh. stupid people need to stop breeding.

My brother keeps asking my hubby and me/I when we will get official married since it is "really time to do so" and we just keep saying nope, we will get married when it suits us.

I can really only take so much. And today was just too much. I haven't had a shower for weeks because I can't handle the stimulation of a shower. And I can't handle a lot of things. I'm just feeling above and beyond not enough. Not enough for myself and certainly not enough by anyone else's standards. So I can either stay here and sob and shake every damn night or I can work on moving out. There's really no reason to have a mock-conversation about this with anyone. I just... it is SO HARD to maintain a facade of 'I can actually put up with your shit' on a regular basis. So I am looking on my government's website to try to see if there are any options for a person with my needs and I found this 'findmyroommate' thing. But the link doesn't lead anywhere so I'm a bit stumped. But I will keep looking. Meanwhile I'm going to splurge and finally by myself a frikkin monofin. And I figure I will throw in a pair of goggles and a snorkel for fun. It'll be interesting (isn't it always for us? :p ) but it'll work out. I get paid every Friday and that'll do. Anyways, fishies, hug your family and friends if you can and take a breath of fresh air for me. <3
