Thirty day challenge over! Not a huge change, and I didn't actually loose a single pound (actually gained 1-2 from my muscles getting stronger *shrug* who cares? not me), but I am happy with how good I feel. As promised, before and after pics: The first two are day one, and the last three are day 30. (I can't seem to get these pics any smaller, sorry.) I know some of you will probably say that I wasn't really that fat in my before pictures, but I was terribly out of shape.

(my cellulite is mostly gone). I lost 2 whole inches from around my ab area (from the back I think. Goodbye saddlebags!), and a little less than an inch from my thigh. You know, the sort of changes that cameras don't notice very well. My absolute favorite thing is I find my posture is better from all the pushups I've been doing. It used to exhaust me to stand up straight, now I notice I'm doing it naturally.
