Hello. I'm new to the mer world; no mer name, no tail, just eyes full of sparkle and eagerness to dive into this world and explore. About 2 weeks ago I found out that there is such a thing as mermaid camp and I've been excited ever since. I love water, always have; and more than half of my childhood bath time was spent pretending I was Ariel. I'm open to any resources, suggestions, events, and anything else you have to offer and are willing to share. Thank you.
Welcome! I see you've joined the Cali Pod, we also have a Facebook page you can join! I personally own 2 fabric mer-tails from FinFunMermaid (one monofin and 2 "skins"). They have 4 new tails that are fantastic looking that I'm saving money to get one. They'll fit the existing monofin. I highly recommend them and love my tails! They're pretty and very well built (and less expensive than silicone for a first tail)! One is called Ariel Green... Yeah, have that one myself! Have fun and make sure to go through the reviews section and choose what is best for you!
