    Hey guys

    I just got a mail from Jennifer of Organic Armor.
    I found THE PERFECT merman circlet thanks to her and I'm sooo gonna get it with the tones of my Finfolk tail.
    I made a deposit to order one a few months ago and I shall get it for September (yup, they are swamped with orders too!).

    I'm so excited because their stuff are awesome!

    I don't suppose anyone knows how quick they are to respond? I know on their FAQ they say 24-48 hours, and I just sent them a facebook message today but I have heard a lot about tail makers taking a long time to respond (because they are always so busy) so I am a bit worried. Do they only take messages from their facebook or am I suppose to email them? (I saw them post their email on the thread once, but I don't know if that was meant for anyone interested in a tail or someone particular...I am just paranoid and do not wish to bother them.)


    [I am trying to get my first tail, preferable from them if they still do the 'pay %50 up front then pay in full by the end of 6 months' thing.]

    Just wait for a reply in February, it took me about a week to get a reply and it's been about a week since my last message from them about my current order that's supposed to be coming up soon. They're really popular so it may take a while. I'm not even half way where they are on my Facebook page and I have a ton of messages I haven't gotten back to due to just the volume of messages.
    It's worth the wait :o

    So do I wait and they will find my message or do I send them another message in awhile? (I am actually just asking them if they will be taking orders in august because that is when I will be able to purchase the tail....so considering that would they not answer my first message until I send a message about me being ready to buy?)

    Yeah- The Twins are swamped right now. They just recently got back a few of their full time employees and should be catching up with everything soon. I'd give it a few days then send another. They may be a little slow with replying, but they are by no means negligent of their inbox.
    Even mermaids need tech support.
