Finfolk Productions: anyone ordered a tail from them? I just did!

This woman has no fucking clue that she's talking about someone who ripped off and scammed LOTS of mermaids with bad materials for his tails!!!

While I don't agree with it (obviously) each person is entitled to their own preferences on style & such. Business practices aside, peoples tastes vary. Whatcanyado.

P.S. I think it was rude & in very poor taste to actually TAG them on TOP of speaking poorly of them. Ugh. The lack of common courtesy online kills me these days.

I'm a Finfolk's girl, and I personally believe there's no silicone tails made that could ever compete with a Finfolk's tail. Quality, detail, precision, customer service, colors, everything in the full silicone tail spectrum.

But that's me and my opinion but I also love the Merbella seashell scales and styles too. Especially the Atlantis inspired tops.

Yeah, she can like what she wants, but there is no need to diss other people in the process. And if she HAD to bring up Finfolk she could have at least said something along the lines of "I've seen FinFolk tails here in Minneapolis, but I still really love yours the most." Her comment was simply rude.

Opinion or not, that's rude as hell and I told her so... call me petty for calling someone out on Facebook, but I'm just the slightest bit irritated with people who fee the need to bring others down in order to compliment someone else.

We're never usually on here, but just happened to scroll through a few things and we wanted to say you guys are all THE BEST.

As for the Christy person- well, we aren't really offended by those sorts of things. But we thank you guys for sticking up for us when odd things like that crop up. Mostly we just laugh and shake our heads, everyone IS entitled to their own opinions and it really doesn't bother us much since the internet is full of semi rude or unthoughtful things like that.

We're really working VERY hard for all of you guys and we appreciate each and every one of you for your constant support, kindness, and patience.

Just thought we'd pop in and let you know how awesome you are.

Saw pics of my tail last night. It's amazing. They are taking new pics in the good lighting before packing up and shipping out (yes it's a few days late but I'll still have it in time for my photoshoot Saturday Im told) and I will post the 'final' pics here as soon as I get them. The ladies said they'd be posting on their FB too though.

So I've been keeping my design mostly a secret to most of you guys on here but they're working on my fluke today! It'll be something you've seen before but like no other! I can't wait to show everyone as well it'll be another week or so for mine I'm assuming, and the day can't come any sooner it feels like!

Well still no final pics to share yet & honestly I'm pretty frustrated at this point since my tail & top were supposed to ship Monday for my promo shoot Saturday and event Sunday.

Yes, I know the girls are awesome, yes I know there are only two of them & they are super busy but still, I'm human & being this close to my need date I'm freaking out a bit & just can't keep it to myself anymore. Especially since I paid extra for the rush and was very specific on my wear date. Communication has been minimal & confusing/contradictory at times making me all the more frazzled. I'm a control freak which is why I make my own costumes for the most part.

*sigh* I really hate being down to the wire like this.

Aw honey! All of the above is true and it is frustrating. Breathe breathe! they and every other tailmaker stress to not schedule things that involve your tail until you have it in hand due to this, but I know it was a special case with you for your friend. There is still time though, it is Wednesday! Deep breathing! <3 <3
