Aw thank you both so much! It means a lot I was afraid that since so many intricate designs were coming out that mine would be plain, I'm glad you don't think so! It's been cold and raining since I got it (it's also very heavy and hurts my ankles) but hopefully it will warm up enough for me to take some pictures and post them! <3

You do an amazing job at making tails! I have done some looking/dreaming and Yours are definitely my favorite! Eventually (read as once I save enough money) I plan to get a full tail from you with Dorsal fin and UV thing. Though it may be a while. Isabel your tail looks Amazing!! I'm floored at how lifelike the Octopus looks! Again it's a great work! Good Job Raven!

So...It's been 16 days now since my tail was supposed to be at the paint stage. Still no update or pictures and I sent an inquiry email. I'm losing it. I've been checking my email obsessively. My tail's due date was last month, now I'm not sure I'm going to have it before Halloween. :/ The waiting is excruciating.

I hear yah, I haven't heard about mine in a few weeks either. Havent seen much from Raven online either so I'm not sure what's up. I'll post updates if I hear anything.

Anyone hear anything from Raven or Tyler lately? Tyler emailed me near the beginning of October saying they were begining my tail and needed my shoe size. I had emailed them months ago (and not yet recieved a response) with some answers and questions regarding the design of my tail and his email addressed none of those questions. I replied with my shoe size and a friendly reminder about the answers to my questions / a recap of the questions and asked they just confirm they got my questions and prior design info responses to their questions even if they were unable to answer presently. It's been a few weeks and I still haven't heard anything. I'm doing my best to remain patient but these are things that will impact the final outcome of the design so I am getting a bit stressed about it. I understand how busy they stay, but communication is a pretty critical aspect of any business, especially where it comes to creative design. I know it will be worth the wait but I do get stressed too.

chances are if they didnt reply to those questions, they aren't at the point of constructing your tail yet. They tend to contact everyone just as their about to construct to go over questions and double check measurements.

I get ancy like everyone else too. lol I'm waiting too just like all of you! Ordered Feb 2nd and can't wait to get my tail but I don't think it's been officially started yet.

My plan is though to photo shoot with it once I get it, so no one will see unboxing videos or anything until after the photo shoot. I'd like the photo shoot to be the way it's revealed online

I'm trying so hard to be patient. But I quickly feel my patience running out. It's been 8 months since I sent in measurements and even longer since I sent payment. I was supposed to get pictures Monday when Raven got back from her gig. And I get she needs rest and downtime between tail making and performing, but I don't like being told one thing and not having it followef through on. I even waited an extra day before sending a reminder email to give her some more time, but I still have nothing. I just want a picture. Even if it's unfinished. It seems each time I ask my date is pushed back even further. I went from being set to have it last month to still not having it three days until November and still don't even know what it looks like, much less have it. I thought 22 would be my year--the year I finally pursue my dream after much waiting and prolonging in my quest toward mermaidom--but in a few weeks I'll be 23 and still tail-less. The disappointment is overwhelming. Everyone I told about my tail keeps asking where it is and I have to shrug stupidly that I still don't have it like a year later. I feel awful for complaining but it's so disheartening.

Thats the nature of the beast, unfortunately . But I'm sure the wait will be worth it!
