EEEEEE! I'm so happy! I finally got the hang of this mermaid swim style! When I went for my weekly swim yesterday, I did spins! I didn't have to think, "Have to do this" or any other doubts, I just got in the water and started rolling my body. I did spins from both sides, from right side and from left side. It felt so natural. I went under all the lanes when nobody but me was there. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!
The next step for me, is practicing breath hold. I haven't been practicing breath holding much. I just go with whatever I have. I'm assuming with more swimming the breath holding gets better?
