I love how the green color only spots / speckles on your origjnal sketch on the fluke except on the very edges. I think it's a lovely way to keep the green more subtle if you want less than in the sketch she made for you, but I have to kind of echo everyone else that the added green really does look lovely.

Neither can we, Ariel! I agree with everyone about the green, but of course it's your tail, not ours. Whether you keep it or not, I absolutely cannot WAIT to see it in real life! The creative shape of those stripes has been swimming around in my head since I first saw them <3
It's probably not healthy for me to get so excited over people's tails that aren't even mine, but until I can quit being poor and buy a monofin and some fabric, I'm living vicariously through all of you!
Aside from the colors nothing edited from this shot (because it was super cloudy) . As you see ... no wrinkles. You too can be wrinkle free by pointing your toes inside your tail and holding yourself just... so. LOLit's a behind the scenes shot from a big group photo shoot we did recently. It was spontaneous. I actually didn't get my turn with the main photographer because I was just too cold and had to bail so Seanny got a few shots instead. (only 4 degrees c. it was so cold it HURT to touch the sand! lol)

Usually if I get any wrinkles it's at the ankle area because as people mentioned here, I had it made bigger to accommodate getting in and out of the tail fast. I'm so glad I did.

no photoshop. though I damaged my waist at a dry gig went I bent over and it hooked on something sharp that I didn't see and split it right open. So I've since fixed it and because there is a seam now from the patch it's a bit more obvious lol.
Seam or no seam, wrinkle or no wrinkle, the tail is gorgeous. And like i said before. It doesn't matter wich tail you have. At some positions you will have wrinkles. I have seen them in every tail!
oh and by the way.... Since i didn't hear from Tyler if the payment went well, i emailed him to ask if they received the payment, he responded right back telling me that he forgot to get back to me that they got the payment right away and that the tail was send out the same day! So in a few days, i will be the proud owner of my Merbella Studio's tail!!!!
