Okay sorry it took so long I had to source the images again and resize them to play nice. So these are all the flukes on offer that I know of from speaking to Raven. The Last one (Lunar Koi) is on offer, well at least it was offered to me so I assume it will be offered to others, but hasn't been completed in silicone yet. Also the Mantis Fluke and Raven's Lionfish fluke (also Raina's) are BOTH classed as Calypso by Raven, just variations she makes. Also the She-Creature Fluke (also the one used on Polyhymnia's Peacock tail is not officially offered as far as I know, so I didn't include it.)

Hello lovely mers! It's been a while! I got my tail 3 weeks ago!. Customs finally released it and i got her on June 3. It is true magic
I didn't swim in it yet because there are some size issues. I lost a few pounds over the past year so its a bit baggy on some points, i am still working this out with Raven. But here are a few pics, and the unboxing video is on the way

I'll be honest with you
I've had a baggy tail and I've had a skin tight tail. Skin tight is hard to get on and off without damaging the tail, and when you do get a wrinkle from drag (usually around the ankle area) it's much more apparent. Baggy on the other hand, if you put a pair of tights on underneath it - something that has a sheen to it- it'll fit better, it way more comfortable, easier to get off and on too.

Now that I've had both types of tails I wouldnt go skin tight again. The she creature we got is a bit baggier on me and I enjoy the fit so much more.

See how you feel in it after you swim and what it looks like on pics and videos before you decide to send it off. Even with skin tight you'll get wrinkles when you sit etc. I know skin tight it what every mer thinks looks realistic and the best but now that I've done both I think human bodies just move and when they move you get wrinkles even with skin tight lol.


Here's an example just to show you what I mean.

My new tail is literally skin tight. It couldn't get any tighter. I wouldn't be able to get it on. As it stands now it takes a huge amount of work to get on and off. But when I move or sit certain ways it still gets wrinkles:



Obviously you do whatever you want it's your tail. I think just as someone who now owns a bunch of tails and can compare them and does a lot of work I just really wanted to pass that along for you. Obviously if you find it ill fitting and it's compromising your vision or your ability def get it adjusted. But give it a shot swimming... you might appreciate the extra inch or two in the end

Honestly, I also was warring with the skin tight vs loose concept as far as wrinkling and that was very helpful. I guess logically I have no idea why it wouldn't wrinkle

Thanks for the comment Raina. I already told Raven i wasn't going to send it back for now. Indeed i'm going to swim in it first! The only thing that i will be fixing for now is the gapping blended waist. Thanks for the tip of tights! I already bought padded underwear in a store for drag queens to create more hips and but. Next week i will have time to take her for a swim and from there i will look further. But thanks!!

It seems like there might be fewer fit issues if Raven requested a re-measure right before she started intense construction. I know I'm worried that my measurements have changed since I gave them to her in december...

*EDIT* I'm not worried about major measurement changes...just tweaks.

Can anyone with the new blended waist upgrade weigh in on a question I have. Can't remember if I asked before or not.

Is it hard (to the point of damaging the tail) to get the high waist over your butt? I know I have an almost 10 inch waist to butt difference. concerned that if it fits in the waist I won't be able to get it over my tush and if it fits my tush it will be hella gap-city on my waist. The day we can figure out how to put a hidden zipper in silicone tails will be glorious

Yup its hard to get up especially skin tight. And you can damage it if you rush. After breaking mine and patching it ( which added 1.5 inches) I found it a million times easier. High is great I just suggest not going skin tight. If you go high like mine you can actually tuck it under tops so you don't notice gaps often. I do get gaps now that it's not skin tight. I suggest lubing the inside of the waist for sure.

I did mine maybe an inch above my measurements in sensitive and difficult areas and it looks great! I have no trouble getting into it either. my trouble areas are my ankles and knees so I gave them a little space to breathe and you can barely tell. skin tight is a lot harder to get on.
