    I just want to say that Mernation is still above and beyond other companies when it comes to customer service. My monofin in my fabric tail had some hardware pop out and they sent me replacements free of charge. so fast too!

    I"ve talked with the Mertailor and have a personal friend deal with them as well. That experience was typical of his other interactions....abrupt and borderline rude. I haven't dealt with other tail makers, but I have dealt with other crafts and artist businesses. It's the whole 'they make a product and stand behind it'.

    I had a slight wait time because they had a big project, but my tail legitimately took like 6 days.

    Also, it's shipping today! Now I just need to come up with a spare $50 to pay the rest of my shipping.
