Ive waited 304 days so 10 months and a day but I still hate asking for updates, I don't want them to feel rushed, you know? But it definitely tests my patience, especially when it's finally swimming season :P
I think you're ok to keep asking. I know Raven finally got her new laptop and has been playing catch up. The warning is more for people who asks every day the whole time lol. It's ok when you're waiting that long to keep sending requests every once in a while. Heck, Im at the point where clients are sending a message just to get to the top of my emails. lol and it helps me when they do!
