Not much of a pink person, but that one at the top is to die for! Have you tried them in water? How well do the sparkles hold up?

I haven't tried them in the water yet, I think I could get the glitter to stay if I coated the fake plants with acrylic fixative.

I've seen them for sale on Etsy, but they're pretty expensive there. They're made in China, and I used to live in China, so I had a friend bring me one when he came to visit(yay, no shipping!) because they cost a few dollars in the shops there if you know where to look(but shipping can kill you). I think if you searched on alibaba or sites like that you could find them for a reasonable price, or something very similar(but once again, be careful of shipping, lots of Chinese sellers charge .99 for the item and $25 for the shipping).

Awesome! I'm really liking how well I can make it form to my head, I should be able to wear it in a bunch of different ways. I told my friend to bring me something with stars, like the Rodarte hair ornaments from a few seasons ago.

Pretty! I love starfish! Just make sure if it's going in the water you seal the stars, or they will rot after getting wet. It looks lovely with your hair, btw

Coating them thoroughly in resin is your best bet, but there's no guarantee that that will work- they may still rot anyhow. Usually real starfish are for dry only accessories.
