Attempting to make my first mertop (no monies to buy another pretty top online. lol). Thanks to my generous amount of chest blubber it's so tedious and it's taking so looooong! BUT it's happening! I have no idea where I'm going with the design, but so far I'm pretty pleased with it. Thoughts, suggestions, tips? I'm settling for lions paw this time for the shells, but I'm really looking forward to working with abalone for the next one.

I used E6000 for the foliage and Gorilla Glue for the shells. Thank you!
I need to get a better picture, but I took my top out for a test spin yesterday and it held up pretty well. I did accidentally scrape my shells on the bottom of the pool at one point so I need to do a tiny touch up but overall I'm pretty pleased with it. You can't see them well here but I do have pearls and such scattered throughout the foliage.
