I consider anyone that diverts in sexuality or gender from cis-heterosexuals to fall under the the acronym "LGBT". It's just that it's not always convenient to write out "LGBTTQQIAAP" for the simple reasons that it's far too long and that most people would have no idea what all those letters stand for.

Urgh, that guy has been harassing people since the SeaTails days. I was dumb enough to talk to him once there (this was years ago), and put down VERY CLEAR boundaries that I was happily married and had no interest whatsoever in him in a romantic way and that he was saying inappropriate things. He wouldn't let go and started stalking me on other social media. He STILL messages me! I bet he's done this to dozens if not hundreds of women!
And his comments from that thread just INFURIATE ME. Are you freaking kidding me? He's a total creeper, then starts bashing LGBTAs, slut shaming, calling pro mermaids hookers ("they are on the border line of being what is called a "hooker"")... WTF????
I hope someone DOES google Christopher Perry and finds this. His (from what I know) 8 yeas of harassing who knows how many dozen women online needs to catch up with him. Maybe then he would finally start to get it.
Also I REALLY hope they don't let him into the event. A LOT of people would be incrediblely uncomforatable, and at least some women would not feel safe with him there.

it be really great if people let the mermania staff know this stuff. I gave them the OK to remove the post because I feel like I have been in too much drama lately. Between addressing christomer with his BS borderline threatening emails he sent to mermania staff that got shared around, and the issue from here with the safety stuff, and now this... comes off like I am out for blood. lol but it's just the timing.

But yes if you're bothered or have been bothered by him it is really good to speak up. They often think it's just me with the issue when look at how many people posted here, and look at how many supported it there, and then I had a bunch PM me.
