    I made my crocheted mermaid tail.


    It's a little big and roomy. I made it that way so it would be more of a comfy blanket to lounge in. I'm currently working on a second one that I could slip off over my feet and walk around if I needed to. The second one will be more of a costume, and I'll be adding more elements to it.

    It's not silicone or even swimmable fabric, but it's a big step up from the construction paper tails I made as a kid!

    The hospital I'm interning at for school is having a pumpkin-decorating contest! Even though I'm not technically on the staff, I'm the only one in the pharmacy with any artsy or craftsy inclinations, so they're practically leaving the pumpkins to me and I'm repping the pharmacy in the contest! I'll post a pic on Monday after I've finished them! XD
