A cosplay page posted a woman who did a genderbent Thor. It was pretty much par for the course: breastplate bra, open midriff, pants (which is more than I've seen on some), cloak, head piece, and carrying Mjolnir. It was perfectly tasteful, not that that's the real point here, but anyways...

One of the first comments: "(smartass comment) Look, it's Thor's sister, Whor!" Who TF do you think you are?!?! Starting a sexist comment with "(smartass comment)" does NOT make it okay to slut-shame a woman!! So I left that exact statement (the second one, not the first, as I was trying to be informative, not just start drama for no reason) as a comment - a separate comment referencing his name, as I was unable to reply to his comment! I think he might have me blocked or something...

So then I go back a couple minutes later - and he'd changed his comment! VALIDATION!! Move along, sexism!

The MOH is one of the two being the bitchiest. The wedding is in August and they've been acting like selfish children since november. She doesn't have many friends, and actually had to make her fiance tell a few of his friends they couldnt be in the wedding because she doesn't have enough friends or family to put as maids with his groomsmen.

First things first; Etsy has some bad ass unicorn horns, and my horses are so patient and tolerant. Seriously, Stormy let me ride him side saddle in a floppy fish suit. They don't give a damn.

Second; the bigger the island,the more fun things for tourists to do, like a tiki type bar, hammock lounges, anything for people to have fun with.
We could also consider tree houses- tree community to hold all of our mer asses. Thus leaving more room on the ground for activities and such--just a thought.

Thirdly; the bride needs to kick some serious ass.
But remain there for her strong, like you already are, and let the others make asses out of themselves and their true colors shine. The bride will realize in the end, who her real friends are.

Went down to my new favorite antique store, with my little sister and her friend, and I forgot my wallet at home, and found THIS

So I am in deep, deep shit.
I am a college student, in my third semester and almost finished (I have two more classes left and then I'm out of school for good.) In this class I have to turn in my final film project on Monday. But today, I am faced with three options:
1) Fail my core class and repeat it later. 2) Drop out of school. 3) Magically fix all of my school issues within the next 72 hours.
Why?
Because of situations outside of my control. I am not blaming everyone else, I swear, but things are happening that I literally can't do anything about because my SCHOOL fucked, even though I anticipated it and worked things out early to prevent it. If it isn't one thing its another, and I was not afraid of contributing to whatever statistic their may be about black Americans dropping out of school, i'd be out of this shit and working any shittty minimu wage job with a hope and prayer life will get better. S
o come Monday, I have to stand in front of class of dozens of people, empty handed because of bullshit knowing full well that next year they are moving on and I will either be left behind or no longer pursuing a degree all because of shit the school fucked up with. This is a big final project for me. And now its nothing.

I am so fucking done.

I just want to scream!!!! I hate when we have special sales where they give out coupons at the door! People think that they can do unlimited transactions and they cheat because they bring their whole family with them too, then they get mad at you when you tell them you can only do 2 transactions per paying customer or they get hella pissed because they have to wait in long lines and blame it on the employees because they have to wait more than 2-5 minuets. I can't wait to get out of retail!!!!

So you were not able to do your final film project because of a school problem?
Is there any way you could throw together a film? Sometimes good stuff comes from rushed work. Don't drop out your whole life has been spent in school, it would be a shame to drop out now when you have come so far (at least that is how I see it when I get frustrated with college).

Have you emailed your professor and explained your situation to them? Perhaps they could give you an extension especially if it is a while before they have to submit your final grade...
