So, you run outside at 3am to stop a car alarm, stub the bottom of your foot, and rush to the ER. The awkward moment happens when you blame the accident on the fact that you aren't used to human legs just yet!

So, I'm a manager at a restaurant. Another manager showed his kids my "Merman Jesse" stuff on Youtube and Facebook. The awkward moment is when they come in to chat, but I can't. I immediately go into "character" and I say, 'busy serving the humans right now."

that awkward moment when someone asks you why you dont have a job yet even though you graduated from hs already, and before you can say anything, your boyfriend answers proudly "she wants to be a mermaid," but everyone looks at you like youve lost your mind.

that awkward moment when your boyfriend says sweetly, "youre my little mermaid," then pauses, makes a face, and adds, "without an awkward reference to the disney movie. this is weird now." lolol.

also, i want to add you all as friends.but that would take SO MUCH TIME. first world lazy mer problems. -_-

I do that. Pisses my dad off, he hardly ever uses his blinker. But it's not hurting anyone, I'm 80% sure its not illegal to use your blinker on a curve, and that way I know that I did in fact use my blinker when I turned right onto that street, officer.
