So I'm just starting with my accessories I currently have a fun fun tail and a near preen sequin tail I'm waiting on my new tail from mermaid Karial (eeekkkk can't wait) so while waiting for my new tail I have decided to work on some accessories. These are only partially finished so please be kind! this is my mermaid treasure chest I will be using a birthday party's to give a gift to the birthday girl.this is the beginning of my mermaid throne! I'll post pictures as I get them!

Yay for accessories ^.^ I found this ring at a local antique shop and immediately grabbed it.

This necklace my aunt made for me ^.^ It is a dolphin carved from an actual shell

The only mermaid accessory I've made so far is my hotglue crown.



I kept seeing all these beautiful crowns and wanted to create one without buying any new craft supplies hahaha xD

Pretty good actually. I want to go back and reinforce the gems a bit but other than that it's pretty stable. I made the shell first on plastic so I could peel it off, then covered a wire ring in hot glue. Attached the shell. Then bedazzled it all. Since that was my first one, I think I know more to make an even better one later.

I might experiment with colored hotglue too!

I'm almost finished with my headpiece. It actually will sit in the back of my wig with a nice strong hair comb and clip for stability.

Also my mermaid shell top kind of photobombs this picture as well xD

Both the headpiece and the shell top look really good ^.^ Love the colors of the top and how it fades to the white.
