I wish I had the screen shots but a 16 year old was lecturing me on how often I flicked my tail lol (I was at the surface showing off for photos and videos) and she's like "you should always so blah blah blah" and it was like um have you ever swam in a tail? "well no but I just started lessons for insert swimming style here" well cool that has nothing to do with swimming in a tail, I've been doing this 8 years, and your comments arent applicable.

Wow, that was really condescending. Reminds me of those backhanded "you look prettier without makeup" kinds of comments where people act as if the only reason you'd dress up a certain way is to please them. Nobody asked for your judgement, dude. It's not flattering.

Instagram things... Uploaded a video from last spring of me iceswimming in my tail. It suddenly started to have numerous views, I was so surprised. First time I uploaded it it got something like 2000 views but now it's going on something like 790 k O___O I was super happy ofcourse, but never before have I had so many bad comments... Well, have to get used to it, I still wanted to post them here so I'll maybe get them out of my system

when videos get that many views it's usually because instagram features them and shows them to new people
