That's good to know. I sparsely used her YouTube videos but the Black Friday sale tempted me to PIIT28. I'm not consistent with it but I try to do what I can. In the new year I'm going to try to start anew since I'll have less going on.

My flexibility has gotten so sad though ;_; (I used to dance ballet also)
