I LOVE the look of their new fabric tails! They're such a beautiful pattern, with any luck the chosen material will be thicker so not transparent, and LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THOSE FLUKES!
I think there's at least three colours I'd immediately kill to get, sadly at the moment can't even truly afford one. But they're far more affordable than the mythic or silicone tails so hopefully will get one soon.

That is, if they're okay with shipping to the UK. I don't remember if Finfolk are among the companies having trouble dealing with UK customs? Be so sad if they are.

Does anyone know the title of the email that you get when you join the Pod Squad? I joined a while ago and I can't find the email. I don't have a Facebook but now it is crucial that I figure out a way to gain access - I am not sure if I can use my boyfriend's account...I know it sounds dumb that I'm not on Facebook but I honestly don't want an account. I originally joined the squad because I wanted to help fund Finfolk's warehouse move. Finfolk just said on their Instagram post that the fabric tails will only be on presale for Pod Squad members, and I REALLY want to snag one of these tails. I want it so badly that I am going to do some flex time next week to work an extra two hours each day so that I can take Friday off to sit and wait for these to go up for sale. I'm going to be a zombie but I don't care. I NEED to have a chance.

You should be able to find it by searching for emails from into@finfolkproductions.com. The title of my email was just "Order #**** Confirmed". Good luck!

Aww thank you! Unfortunately I can't find the email. I checked all of my folders too. I might just have to re-join. The good news is I now have a Mermaid folder in my email so that I can keep all mermaid related things in an easy to find place.

I didn't want to post again since I was the last poster so I am editing this to say that I contacted Finfolk and they were able to re-send my Pod Squad email and they also said that I can use my boyfriend's facebook acccount to join Sooo I sent in my request to join the group!

How are everyone else's silicone orders coming along? I'm really hoping that now that the fabric tail launch is out of the way there will be a shift in focus to the silicone orders. I'm trying to stay excited about my tail but as sad as I am to say, with the lack of communication and lack of progress on my tail my excitement is slowly turning into frustration.

I know I've posted about this previously but when I did give some feedback for the girls, they told me if the fabric line was successful, they'd hold off mythic production to let the twins focus on custom work as they called it. So hopefully that is happening and your tails will come into reality I'm super excited for everyone's orders and to see how they turn out!

But yes I feel you on the wait. I suppose whats helping me get through it is that my parents don't know I'm getting a silicone one; mom knows about the fabric one. But I do know they would not be supportive of it. And I full expect my mother to try and take/hide it, so trying to figure out a hiding spot for it has been tricky since keeping it folded isn't actually good for it. So that plan is out the window.

My silicone is apparently nearly done. The wait is getting really hard because it’s so so close to finish. I think they’re about 90% done according to the last progress photo. I asked them to add some more spots on the fluke and they need to add some more blended color on the backside to match the front. Then they’ll finish with a holographic sparkly coat! So close!!!!!

Would you be able to hide it under your bed then surround it with boxes or things to make it appear like you are just storing random stuff under your bed instead of hiding a mermaid tail?

Mer Coralia: oh no! Maybe hide it under a couch or bed. That’s the only place I could think of that where it can lay flat and hidden away.

Waves of Ash: hehe yup! It’s like this sparkly clear coat or something! There was a video of it and it’s so pretty!!!

My iPhone 7 lol! I film at work and I use the edge of a shelf to prop the camera downwards lol! Super make-shift hahah!
