Sooo many people have been having this issue. I haven't, but my friend Isis ordered during that Cyber Monday sale, and the tails hasn't even been started. No emails or updates either. She did try to post on Facebook, but got deleted and banned. But I probably shouldn't be talking. I'll try to get Isis on this thread to share for herself.
