In this end of things, we actually NEED more speakers for this panel as not everyone who contributed to it is able to attend the event. So if you/ziggy wanted to get in contact with Daphne as she is managing the panel, Ziggy might be able to offer his perspectives on underwater photography/modelling as it pertains to the panel. He of course, doesn't have to if he'd rather watch. But as I said some of the people who contributed content are unable to come, and I am sure he'd have an interesting perspective on the industry in that regard!!

Raina you have no idea how much that would mean to him!!!! He and I have had so many deep conversations about his experiences. He is such a wonderful person who truly loves mermaids and the underwater world! Awe ❤️. Yes I will get him in touch with Daphne.

OK great. I will say we are a little slow getting back at the moment because of triag-ing stuff by priority and I am doing a lot on my own remotely. Daph is in the middle of a big project for her work so don't be worried if you don't get a reply right away. It's mostly me handling replies but since I am not running that panel, it wouldn't make sense for me to converse with him/you about it. Daph's got the presentation and everything laid out so she's better. Just may take a few days k?

We shared a house in Key Largo and bless his sweet heart he slept on the couch as the other 3 bedrooms were full. He's so easy going. He took my avatar photo. Event tickets are live for everything EXCEPT the ball. We will have more information on the ball shortly. Yes, it'll be a real ball with a plated dinner

Your convention pass covers your entrance into the GAC facility both days, the after hour swims at the hotel, the vendor spaces, and several panels and workshops that are included in the convention pass. We have a general convention release form and terms of service agreement. The documents are located on the website under "Rules & Forms" these documents will be made available in your hard copy welcome package for you to sign. We have enough volunteers for the children's programming. We are looking for 2-4 volunteers to help run our registration table on Saturday 10-11:00am

How does the mermaid ball work? Where is it at and what can you wear? I've never been to one of those before, we always just went to swim and then left after a few hours.

We haven't put everything up for the ball yet because we are still going back and forth with caterers and the venue.

But it'll be held at the hotel in their ball room. There will be a local celebrity pirate DJ providing entertainment and music. There will be a formal plated meal. (you'll have options with the tickets to do either meal or ball or both together) The meal will be similar to a wedding setup and be a buffet with many options. The theme of the ball is "Fathoms Below" so we encourage people to dress up in black light and glowing items if they feel like it.
