Personally, I'd want to be aware of a stranger were adding my account or viewing my pictures for those reasons. Having a fetish doesn't make someone a pervert, but going around adding strangers for the purpose of using their pics without permission as fap material does.

Ok, here's the thing. I only add people on Facebook who have pictures of themselves in tails (and the random few pirates who have added me). No tail photo, no friend. If I look through your photos and see a bunch of different mermaids, then I assume you're a mervert or a collector, decline the request, and go about my day.

A few weeks ago Thomas Kupka added me as a friend. He's got a photo of himself in a tail, so he fit my one rule regarding Facebook friends. We also have about 75 mutual Facebook friends so I felt ok about adding him. He messaged me right away and said "hello, how are you" in German. I told him that I don't speak German and he didn't message back.

Today I get a request from another Thomas Kupka profile. This profile is new and only has 6 mutual friends. I declined it. Literally 5 minutes later I get a request from ANOTHER Thomas Kupka profile, this one is also new and had no mutual friends. Declined that one too. So he currently has 3 Facebook profiles now and has tried to add me with all 3. This seems like some Gordon Shagene shit right here and I just deleted this fool completely. Does anyone have any info on him?

I never claimed to be an amazing vet. No vet on Earth knows everything. We learn new things EVERY SINGLE DAY. But I absolutely speak honestly with my clients at all times. Transparency all the way. Anything else just seems wrong. I'm sure he sees a fantastic vet in SoCal, but he is the type of person who would never realize it. Click on settings when on the page, it's towards the top right. Then click on people and a list of the people liking your page should come up and there's a drop down arrow to the right of each person, you can ban them there. Though somehow I ban Gordon and then the same account likes my page again a little while later. Pissing me off to no end. I dunno how he does it.

I think James Anthony is a major collector. I've seen him ask folks permission to post their photos on his page, so it seems like he is at least respectful about it. Not something I'm personally comfortable with so I rejected his request so he can't see my photos...

I think they messaged me several days ago asking the same. I declined, and the exchange was respectful. I appreciate them asking permission at least. But apparently Facebook marked it as spam anyway and has blocked the user from my page and profile so I can't see who it was or if they're posting anything! Ugh Facebook. If someone wouldn't mind keeping an eye out on that page for me I would appreciate it

Yeah, Lee James is the same guy as James Lee Anthony. Kishiko and I were just posting about him if you read the last few posts on this thread.

He uses mermaid pics on his page, but it seems like he always asks permission. I keep rejecting friend requests from him because I just don't understand what is to be gained by having a somewhat creepy dude use your pic for his profile or cover photo. My Facebook is private, but he has been able to like and comment on my photos because of others tagged in the photos. I keep an eye on his page regularly to make sure my stuff doesn't pop up on there.

Also, I'm not quite sure why he has multiple accounts using similar names. Hopefully he's not the re-imagining of the Shagene.

So this is mostly a warning for the Dutch Mermaids, but we've been having some issues with a guy named "Rob Bor" or "Robin".

He's been sending messages that start out innocent but later on he makes is very clear that he has some kind of bondage / restriction fetish.

Currently he's sending out messages to all the Dutch Mers , asking if we'd be willing to participate in a photoshoot with his 6 month old daughter (no proof that he has one though).

He doesn't want to take these photo's in a studio, only in his own home in the room of his daughter.

He asked another Mer if he could maybe try on her tail and take pictures in that as well.

So be warned! I'll post this in the Europod as well.

Has anyone else ran into Steve Smith or Stevie Smith? He has more than one account and also runs one of the mermaid groups on Facebook. He's definitely a collector and for my tastes, a mervert as well. None of his pics on his FB account are his and they range from mermaid pics to synchronized swimming (a lot of these are of teen girls of women in their early 20s and doing splits). As for the mermaid pics, he loves tagging himself in photos and also steals photos to "help promote mermaids". If you confront him about him using your pics without your permission, he gets angry with you and boots you out of the mermaid group he manages and pulls the victim move by saying "he was only trying to help you get famous as a mermaid" or something like that. I haven't had any communication with him since about 2012ish.

He kept tagging himself in mine as well, I had to change my settings and stop all tagging and remove him from many of my photos. What mermaid group was he running ?
